Using Genjutsu AI

Genjutsu AI (genjutsu-ai.org) is an online AI video generator and AI image generator built for people who publish every day. It lets you generate videos and images with third-party AI models. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Credits and payments

Generations are paid for with credits. The cost of each generation is shown before you start it. Credits are deducted when a generation starts and returned automatically if it fails. Purchased credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law; subscription credits refill each billing period and you can cancel at any time.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads. Subject to these terms and the model providers' policies, you may use what you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output may be similar to output generated for others, and you are responsible for checking that your use does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use Genjutsu AI to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, deceptive impersonation of real people, or content that infringes intellectual property. Only upload photos of people who have agreed to it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

AI models can be slow, unavailable or produce unexpected results. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
