AIGC Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Content standards, prohibited categories, reporting channels and moderation for Genjutsu AI.
Last updated: 2026-10-09
This AIGC Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains the content standards that apply when you use Genjutsu AI to create, upload, store, or share AI-generated images and videos. It supplements our Terms of Service. If this AUP conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the legal requirement applies.
Content standards
You must use Genjutsu AI responsibly and only for lawful, authorized purposes. In particular:
- Use prompts, reference images, logos, characters, and other materials that you have the right and permission to use.
- Obtain meaningful consent from identifiable people before uploading their likeness or generating content that depicts them.
- Do not use generated media to deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, exploit, or put another person at risk.
- Respect privacy, intellectual property, publicity, trademark, and other rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, filters, account limits, or moderation by obfuscating a prompt or using another account.
- Where a generated work could be mistaken for a real recording or statement, disclose that it is AI-generated when sharing it.
Prohibited content categories
The following content is prohibited. We may block a prompt or result before publication, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate an account depending on the severity and circumstances.
1. Pornography and NSFW content
Do not generate pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content, sexual solicitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexual content involving a person who has not consented is prohibited even if the person is an adult. Do not upload intimate images of another person without permission.
2. Violence and graphic gore
Do not generate graphic gore, realistic depictions of dismemberment or severe injury, sexualized violence, glorification of real-world violence, or content that meaningfully facilitates violent wrongdoing. Threats and instructions for causing physical harm are also prohibited.
3. Hate speech
Do not generate content that attacks, dehumanizes, praises violence against, or calls for discrimination against a person or group based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or similar protected status.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child safety
We have zero tolerance for CSAM or any sexualized content involving a minor. This includes sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualized nudity, sexual acts, or attempts to make a minor appear in a sexual context. Do not use Genjutsu AI to facilitate the exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of children. We may preserve relevant information and report suspected CSAM or imminent child-safety threats to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not create deceptive deepfakes or impersonate a real person without their authorization, especially for fraud, extortion, harassment, political deception, financial activity, or non-consensual sexual content. Do not make a person appear to say or do something they did not say or do when the result is intended to mislead. Authorized transformations with appropriate disclosure may be allowed, but you remain responsible for consent and disclosure.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not use Genjutsu AI to reproduce copyrighted works without authorization, create counterfeit goods or misleading brand materials, copy protected characters or logos in a way that infringes rights, or misuse another party's trademark. You are responsible for obtaining licenses and permissions and for checking whether your prompt, uploads, or output can lawfully be used.
User reporting channel
You can report content that you believe violates this AUP by emailing support@genjutsu-ai.org. Signed-in users may also open a ticket in Support tickets.
Please include as much of the following as possible:
- The URL, task ID, or account involved.
- A description of the suspected violation and the relevant policy category.
- Screenshots or a copy of the prompt/result when it is safe and lawful to provide them.
- Any immediate safety risk, impersonated person, rights holder, or affected minor.
Do not email or upload CSAM. If a report concerns an immediate threat to life, imminent physical harm, or a child in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority first, then notify us when safe to do so.
Platform content moderation mechanism
Genjutsu AI uses a risk-based moderation process that may include:
- Pre-generation checks. Every free-text prompt is screened by Waffo Pancake's Prompt Screening API before it is sent to an image or video provider. Only an
allowverdict starts a task;reviewandblockverdicts stop generation before credits are used. Waffo describes this scan as stateless, and blocked or reviewed prompts are not sent to the selected model provider. Relevant uploads may also be screened using automated classifiers, rule-based checks, and provider safety systems. - Post-generation checks. We may review generated media and metadata when automated systems flag risk, when a user reports content, or when required to investigate abuse, legal claims, or safety incidents.
- Report triage. We prioritize reports involving CSAM, credible threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, and ongoing fraud. We may temporarily restrict access while we investigate.
- Enforcement. Depending on the finding, we may reject a generation, remove or disable access to content, limit account features, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel related tasks, or cooperate with lawful requests from rights holders and authorities.
- Repeat violations and appeals. Repeated or deliberate violations may result in permanent account action. If you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect, reply to the notice or contact support with the task ID and relevant context for review.
We cannot guarantee that every prohibited item will be detected automatically. Users must still comply with this AUP and report concerning content. A blocked prompt is not a substitute for emergency services or law-enforcement assistance.
