About this policy
Genjutsu AI (genjutsu-ai.org) is an online AI video generator and AI image generator built for people who publish every day. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it. Questions: support@genjutsu-ai.org.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address, name and, if you sign in with Google or GitHub, the basic profile those services share.
- Prompts and uploads — the text prompts you write and any photos you upload to a template (such as the duet video template).
- Generated media — the videos and images created for you, and the settings used to make them.
- Payment records — orders, subscriptions and credit history. Card details are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe) and never stored by us.
- Usage data — basic logs and analytics used to keep the service running and improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to run your generations, show your creation history, manage credits and billing, answer support requests and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
AI providers
To generate content, your prompt and any uploaded photos are sent to the AI model provider that runs the selected model (for example fal.ai, which hosts Seedance and GPT Image 2). These providers process the data only to return your result, under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
Generated files are served from our providers' storage and may expire over time — download anything you want to keep. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@genjutsu-ai.org.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
